1.30pm Proper Cornish, with pasty crimping perfection.

Friday 6th June

10.50am Tarquin Leadbetter of Southwestern Distillery, shakes it up with some cocktail demonstrations, using his renowned Cornish-distilled gin and pastis

Saturday 7th June

11am Bill Clarke of Trewithen Dairy, the secrets and science of clotted cream and yogurt.
