Food and Drink Membership

Membership benefits for businesses that produce, prepare, sell or serve food or drink are:

Priority booking and discounted fees (discount rate varies but 5 – 10% as a guide) for taking part in Cornwall Food and Drink’s own events
Priority for inclusion in media opportunities and our extensive marketing and PR activity, both in and outside Cornwall and, from time to time, beyond the UK.
Free marketing 'health check' (up to one and a half hours)
Free facility to feature your business news headlines on CFD website (with link to your own website)
Opportunity for your business to participate in enhanced features on CFD website, e.g. ‘meet the supplier’, ‘chef’s corner’, highlighted directory listing, home page promotional feature, e.g. competition, voucher scheme. A charge may apply. This opportunity is not available to non-members.
Professional services at reduced rates. 20% off* the first day, plus 10% off all subsequent services up to 5 days in any one year.
Free e-news with updates and information about forthcoming events and business opportunities
Free legal advice line and free legal health check with Coodes Solicitors
Other benefits/discounts with partner organisations that we negotiate from time to time.

Eligibility:

Any business that produces, processes, manufactures, sells or serves food or drink in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, from farmers and growers to factories, and from farm shops to hotels.

A business selling or serving, but not producing, food or drink must be able to demonstrate that it regularly uses produce from Cornwall or IOS.

If the main business premises is outside Cornwall or IOS, at least one business premises must be in Cornwall or IOS and the business must be able to demonstrate that it regularly uses produce from Cornwall or IOS.

Cost: £195 + VAT pa

Service Provider Membership

Our other strand of membership is for any business in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly that has goods or services to sell to the food and drink sector.

This could be a business with a direct relevance to food and drink, e.g. equipment suppliers, scientific services, or a generic service such as accountancy. Developing a dialogue with Cornwall Food and Drink enables us to raise awareness of your business amongst the sector– the largest single business sector in Cornwall, in total several thousand businesses. We also provide a portal to the food and drink network for your promotional and marketing campaigns and knowledge transfer.
