New General Manager for Deli Farm Charcuterie
Cornish food producer Deli Farm Charcuterie has appointed Marc Dennis to the position of General Manager. Marc brings his expertise, commitment and London links to Cornwall as he starts his new position.
Mark will oversee daily operations and assist with driving British artisan charcuterie sales, expanding Deli Farm’s business into the city of London and across the country to build on their recent Olympic and Wimbledon achievements.
Partner Jean Edwards has been delighted with the growth of the business this year but says it has become increasingly difficult to keep on top of things. Marc has incredible ambition, drive and a clear vision for the future which will enable the business to continue to grow and move forward.
Marc joins the Deli Farm team with 13 years’ experience working in the meat industry, starting at one of London’s top Catering Butchers as Office Manager and worked his way up to Financial Director. Whilst with the company Marc was responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the company’s largest client, Harbour & Jones, who have catering units across the capital.
