We're very proud that The Great Cornish Fish Book - the follow-up to the award-winning Great Cornish Food Book (published September 2013) - has made it to the printers!
Due for release on the 25th September - Day 1 of the Great Cornish Food Festival - the new book is a feast of recipes, tales and discoveries from Cornwall's coastal larder. Huge thanks to Design Room Cornwall, who undertook the mammoth task of designing all 170 pages, and to Four Way Print in Launceston, who are printing the book again this year.
Cornwall Today were the first to run an editorial spread on the book in their September 2015 issue, including a recipe from Chloe Marsland, head chef and owner of Harbour Lights in Coverack.
